1 Product Design

Customers send the product drawing to us directly or we make the product design

according to the sample then send to the customer for confirmation

2 Mould Design

We'll start to make mould design after the product drawing approval, then

send the mould design to customer for confirmation

3 Mould Making

We will start to make mould after mould design approval, the process

include prepare material, rough cut, finish machining, assembly, etc

4 Mould Test

We'll test the mould after finishing mould assembly, then we'll send samples

and video of the test to customers for checking

5 Final Process

We'll make the polishing for mould after the sample approval and make grain, nitridation or

chroming if customer required

6 Mould Test

We'll test the mould again, then send the final

sample and video of the test to customers for checking

7 Mould Packing

We'll start to pack the mould with wooden case after the final sample approval,

Q. What type of mould tool do I need?

A. Mould tools can be either single impression (one part at a time) or multi-impression (2,4, 8 or 16 parts at a time). Single impression tools are generally used for small quantities, up to 10,000 parts per year whereas multi-impression tools are for larger quantities. We can look at your projected annual requirements and recommend which would be best for you.

Q.Ok, I've decided to go ahead with my project. How long will it take to get my parts?

A. It can take 3-8 weeks to have the mould tool manufactured depending on the part's complexity and the number of impressions (single or multi). After we have received final approval by you of the new tool, you can expect delivery of parts within 2-3 days.
